Medspa Demo provides business automation software, systems, and coaching services to coaches, consultants, and service providers. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

• Access to the Clocked Out & Free (CO&F) software platform
• Pre-built business automation systems including funnels, email sequences, workflows, and CRM pipelines
• One-on-one coaching and onboarding sessions (available on select tiers)
• Digital training programs, membership communities, and educational content
• Done-for-you system build services
• Access to the Revenue Society free membership and Revenue Builder System

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation
To access certain Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

After cancellation, account access may remain active for a limited time before deletion.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
No refunds are provided for subscriptions, services, or digital products.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, and materials are owned by WarKry Consulting Solutions, LLC and are protected by applicable laws.

You are granted a limited license for internal use only.
